Kathy Clark is an innovative and passionate fitness professional with more than 25 years of experience in health, sports and fitness instruction. Kathy has been teaching a wide variety of fitness and movement modalities world-wide since 1988. During this time, Kathy has acquired well over 200,000 hours in sports and fitness instruction, athletic training, rehabilitation, and wellness and prevention programs. Some of her many certifications include STOTT PILATES Mat and Reformer, AIS (Active Isolated Stretching and Strengthening), TRX, Body Training Systems, STEP, POWER, GROOVE, RIDE and Spinning. She is one of a very small number of certified AIS practitioners (The Aaron Mattes Method) in the Boston area. She also trains instructors in many of these disciplines.
Kathy Clark has provided insightful and individualized skilled instruction to her many dedicated clients at all fitness levels for more than 20 years. At least 90% of her students are long-term clients. She prides herself on her ability to motivate using a multi-sensory approach to ensure all learning styles are met in a supportive and friendly environment. Kathy emphasizes the mind-body connection in her work with clients and leads, mentors and educates with passion and enthusiasm. She individually assesses each student and then develops and implements balanced workouts based on specific fitness needs. She enjoys working with students at all levels while helping them feel better, look better and move better.
